The Uyuni Salt Flats, in the middle of the Andes in southern Bolivia, is the largest salt flat in the world. It is the legacy of a prehistoric lake that dried up and left a desert landscape of almost 11,000 square km of bright white salt, rock formations, and islands with cacti. Its mystical expanse can be observed from the central Incahuasi Island and Thunupa volcano 5,321 masl. Although wildlife is scarce in this unique ecosystem, it is home to several pink flamingos. The best time to visit is winter.
Day 01. Arrival in the city of La Paz
Arrival at Alto airport 4200 m. Transfer to La Paz 3850 masl. Hotel.
Day 02. Tiahuanaco Tour – La Paz Hotel.
Today we leave at 8:00 am from La Paz city and return around 16:00 to 17:00 to La Paz city. On the tour we travel through the highland villages of the Bolivian Andes. Tiahuanaco is an ancient archaeological city in Bolivia, capital of the Tiwanaku State, located 21 kilometers southeast of Lake Titicaca in the Altiplano region. Administratively it is located in the homonymous municipality of the Ingavi province in the department of La Paz, in the west of the country. Tiahuanaco was the center of the Tiwanaku civilization, a pre-Inca culture that based its economy on agriculture, livestock, and architecture, and that spanned the territories of the Collao plateau, between western Bolivia, southwestern Peru, northern Argentina, and northern Chile, regions from which it radiated its technological and religious influence towards other contemporary civilizations. The city of Tiahuanaco is characterized by its architecture decorated with reliefs and incised planes placed on stelae; it is composed of seven important architectural constructions: Kalasasaya, semi-subterranean temple, Akapana pyramid, Sun Gate and Puma Punku, as well as large pyramids and sculptures.
Day 03. Lake Titicaca Tour 3812 masl – Copacabana 3841 masl – Sun Island 3850 masl.
From La Paz we leave at 8:00 am. by transport towards San Pedro de Tiquina; From here we cross Lake Titicaca towards Copacabana then we go to Sun Island. We do all this journey taking advantage of the visits. The tour of visits is approximately 07 to 08 hours. Night in Copacabana.
Day 04. Copacabana 3841 masl - La Paz City 3650 masl.
Free day today as soon as we return by transport from Copacabana to the city of La Paz and hotel. Then in the afternoon you can take advantage of a cable car ride and visit El Alto city. Then return to La Paz city.
Day 05. La Paz – Uyuni City 3660 masl
During the day we take advantage of cable car rides to fully enjoy La Paz city, with the background of Illimani mountain 6438 masl. At 6:00 pm, we transfer from the hotel to the bus terminal to travel to Uyuni city; the bus takes approx. 09 hours. We arrive in Uyuni city at 6:00 am to 7:00 am.
Day 06. Uyuni City 3660 masl - Uyuni Salt Flats Tour 3650 masl
Once we arrive around 6:00 am to 7:00 am in the morning to Uyuni city, we have breakfast to start the most awaited tour of the trip.

Day 07. Thunupa Volcano Ascent 5,321 masl.
Breakfast at 8:00 am. Then we go out for an ascent through vegetation for about 3 to 4 hours to the top of the THUNUPA Volcano. From the top of the volcano we appreciate the entirety of the beautiful Uyuni Salt Flats, then return to the lodging for lunch. We are going to visit; Salt Flat labyrinth entrance tickets 20 BS, Incahuasi Island entrance tickets 30 BS. After visiting these beautiful places we go to the lodging for dinner and sleep.
Day 08. Uyuni Salt Flats 3650 masl - Colorada Lagoon 4280 masl - Lodging
Breakfast at 7:00 am. We leave the hotel around 8:00 am to continue visiting the following wonderful places of the Bolivian Andes.

Breakfast to be coordinated because today we usually leave early to enjoy the rising sun at dawn, in the fumaroles and boiling mud pools in a surreal landscape of the Bolivian highlands, near the border with Chile.

with a 40% deposit of the total agreed sum for the services.
This reservation will cover the following:
